1️⃣ Create Your Job Seeker Account
Your journey begins by creating a free account.
👉 Step-by-step:
- Go to:
https://khojsuru.com/signup.php - Select Job Seeker
- Enter:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Password
- Profile image (optional)
- Accept the Terms & Conditions
- Click Create Account
After this, you’ll be redirected to the account verification page.
📧 A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email.
Enter the code to verify your account.
🔁 If the code expires, simply click Resend Code and verify again.
Once verified — 🎉 your Khojsuru account is ready.
2️⃣ Complete Your Profile (Very Important)
Your profile is what recruiters see when they search for candidates.
A complete profile increases your chances of getting noticed.
Go to Settings:

Update the following details:
✏️ Headline
Keep it short and clear.
Examples:
- Frontend Developer
- Junior Accountant
- Marketing Intern
This helps recruiters understand who you are instantly.
📍 Location
- Select your district
- Add your local address
Example: Near German Embassy, Gyaneshwor
This helps recruiters find local candidates easily.
📞 Phone Number
Add your phone number so recruiters can contact you directly if they find your profile suitable.
🧑💼 Bio
Write a short description about yourself.
Mention:
- What you do
- What you’ve studied
- What you’re aiming for
Example:
“I am an aspiring accountant with a strong interest in auditing and financial reporting. I have completed my bachelor’s degree and am eager to gain practical experience.”
🧠 Skills
Add both technical and soft skills, such as:
- Accounting software (Tally, Excel, QuickBooks)
- Communication
- Teamwork
- Problem solving
Skills help recruiters filter and discover you faster.
🔐 Account Settings
From the Account Settings tab, you can:
- Change your password
- Delete your account if needed
3️⃣ Explore the Dashboard (Your Control Center)

Here you can create and manage your CVs.
You have two options:

- Provide:
- Professional details
- Education details
- Job description (copy & paste from the job you’re applying for)
- Let AI generate your CV
- Review and make small corrections
- Save, download, or share
✨ Fast, smart, and beginner-friendly.
✍️ Manual CV Builder
- Add:
- CV title
- Target job role
- Choose one of 3 templates
- Fill details step by step
- Skip sections you don’t have (certificates, experience, etc.)
- Save and preview your CV
📌 Important:
- Make your CV Public if you want recruiters to see it
- Private CVs are not visible to recruiters
📝 My Posts
This is your personal space to share updates.
You can post:
- Achievements
- Certifications
- Projects
- Career goals
When recruiters visit your profile, they’ll see your CV and posts together, giving them a better picture of you.
📌 Applied Jobs
This section shows all the jobs you’ve applied for, helping you track your applications easily.
❤️ Saved Jobs
Here you’ll find jobs you’ve saved to apply later.
4️⃣ View Your Profile & Rate Recruiters
Your Profile page shows how recruiters see you.
You can also:
- View your public profile
- Rate recruiters (out of 5) after interactions
This helps keep the platform transparent and fair.
5️⃣ Browse & Apply for Jobs (Home Page)
On the Home page, you can:
- Browse the latest job listings
- Search for jobs
- Open full job descriptions
- Like and share jobs
- Apply directly
On desktop, you’ll also see:
- Quick tabs for navigation
- Blog articles alongside job listings
On mobile, the experience is optimized for easy browsing.
