1️⃣ Create a Recruiter Account
Getting started as a recruiter is quick and free.
👉 Steps to sign up:
- Visit:
https://khojsuru.com/signup.php - Select Recruiter
- Fill in:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Password
- Profile image (optional)
- Enter:
- Company name
- Company website (optional)
- Accept the Terms & Conditions
- Click Create Account
You’ll be redirected to the account verification page.
📩 A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email.
Enter the code to activate your account.
🔁 If the code expires, click Resend Code and verify again.
Once verified, your recruiter account is ready to use.
2️⃣ Complete Your Profile & Company Details
A complete profile builds trust with job seekers.
Go to Settings:

Here, you can update everything you need — similar to job seekers, with a few recruiter-specific additions.
Update the following:
✏️ Headline
Briefly describe your role or company.
Examples:
- HR Manager
- Talent Acquisition Specialist

📍 Location
- Select your district
- Add your office location
Example: Near German Embassy, Gyaneshwor
📞 Contact Details
Add your phone number so candidates can reach you if needed.
🏢 Company Website (Recruiter-Specific)
You can add or update your company website, helping job seekers learn more about your organization.
🧑💼 Bio
Write a short description about your company or hiring role.
Mention:
- What your company does
- What kind of candidates you’re looking for
- Your hiring goals
🔐 Account Settings
From the Account Settings tab, you can:
- Change your password
- Delete your account if required
3️⃣ Recruiter Dashboard (Your Hiring Workspace)
Go to:

The recruiter dashboard is designed to help you manage job postings and applicants easily.
Main sections you’ll see:
- Active Jobs
- Expired Jobs
- Post Job button
👉 Create a Job Post
Click the Post Job button to create a new vacancy.
You’ll be asked to provide complete job information so candidates clearly understand the role.
Job details you need to fill:
- Job Title
Example: Frontend Developer, Accountant, Marketing Officer - Employment Type
Default is Full-time, but you can change it if needed - Application Deadline
Pick a closing date for applications - Location
- Select district (e.g., Kathmandu)
- Add specific area (e.g., Near German Embassy, Gyaneshwor)
- Remote Option
- Choose whether the job is remote or on-site
- Job Description
Provide clear and complete information such as:- Job responsibilities
- Required skills and experience
- Salary details (if available)
- Any additional benefits or requirements
📌 The clearer your job post, the better candidates you attract.
Once completed, publish the job — it will immediately appear to job seekers.
👉 Active Jobs Tab (Manage Applications)
The Active Jobs tab shows all jobs that are still accepting applications.
For each job, you can:
- View the list of applicants
- Open and review CVs
- Filter candidates by status:
- Interviewing
- Hired
- Rejected
🔔 Job seekers are notified automatically when their application status changes, keeping communication transparent and professional.
👉 Expired Jobs Tab
The Expired Jobs tab contains jobs whose deadlines have passed.
You can:
- Review past job postings
- Track hiring history
- Keep records for future reference
Expired jobs remain visible for management but are no longer open for applications.
